Product Description
The MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-A-0/D1522LV/S004 servo motors are rapid-response servo motors designed for operation with TDS, DSC and DSC drive controllers by Rexroth Indramat. These servo motors are engineered to be powered using AC current.
The MAC AC servo motor is especially well-suited for manufacturing and machining applications such as machine tools, textile machines and various robotics devices. The MAC071 AC motor can operate at a nominal speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute providing smooth performance with its lifetime-lubricated bearing. The model can hold the output shaft standstill producing 6.6 Nm of continuous standstill torque using 11 A of current. The AC motor has a mass of 11 kg requiring careful mounting using the provided flange. During peak operation, the maximum pulse of current can be recorded 55 A. The thermal time constant for this AC servo motor is tested to be 45 minutes under specified ambient conditions.
The Bosch MAC071 AC motor comes with a space-saving construction to meet the requirements of customers. This motor is equipped with state-of-the-art features i.e. dedicated tacho-feedback module and optical encoder to precisely monitor output shaft position and speed. With its IP65 degree of protection, the servo motor is marked safe against environmental conditions. The motor power cables including tacho-feedback cables are IP65 rated. It provides high dynamics performance due to favorable torque-inertia ratio. It provides high overload capacity owing to its efficient heat dissipation through the walls. This motor permits continuous start-stop operation with high repetition due to electronic commutation of the motor. The temperature of this motor (MAC071C-0-NS-4-C/095-A-0/D1522LV/S004) is continuously monitored with the use of thermo switches integrated into the windings and stator housing. This motor allows mounting in the desired orientation.
