Product Description
The company Bosch Rexroth manufactures the MAC071C-0-NS-3-C/095-A-0/S018 motor. The motor consists of various integrated units that work together to produce the mechanical power that is required to run the analogue drives. In addition to offering customization choices, Rexroth Bosch also offers pre-made components that are necessary to improve the motor and integrated drive's performance.
By redistributing energy from the heated motor to the colder environment, convection cooling promotes temperature circulation and lessens abrupt temperature variations. The flange of the motor is designed according to DIN 42948 and 11/65 edition, which helps in easy mounting according to B5 design through the hole. The INS 108 power connector for convection cooling must be ordered separately. The MAC servo motor's feedback consists of a single tacho feedback that ensures a standard running quality. The voltage constant for the feedback mechanism is fixed and predetermined. The feedback also comprises a second shaft end. If the main shaft fails, this optional second shaft works as a backup without changing the entire unit.
The MAC071C AC motor can be equipped with an encoder to evaluate position, but this design is only available for customized variants. The motor has a 90 mm unchangeable centering hole. The servo motor has two windings: the excitation winding is always linked to the AC power source (Uf), and the control winding has a connection to control signal voltages. The MAC071 variant servo motor has no holding brake and an incremental or absolute encoder. The motor features an F housing coat and IP65 protection against water and dirt.
