Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures the MAC071B-0-FS-4-C/095-B-0/WA612XX which is an AC rapid-response servo motor and finds use in robotics, handling, textile machines, packing machines, and transfer facilities etc. Tachofeedback is always integrated into this motor for speed evaluation of tacho-generator and recognition of rotor position. The motor is renowned for its high degree of flexibility owing to presence of lubricated bearings and a brushless design. The motor also offers the flexibility to be operated in poor machine environments such as presence of oils and coolants as it is IP65 rated.
The MAC071B-0-FS-4-C/095-B-0/WA612XX nomenclature can be broken down into its constituents as MAC means Motor for analogous drive. The 071B signifies motor size where B denotes motor length whereas 0 is for natural convection. FS signifies the nominal RPM of the motor with length B at 2000 min-1, 4 means that the motor feedback is through tachofeeedback and mounted incremental and absolute encoder, C signifies standard tacho type, centering diameter is shown by 095. The next B means that the power connection is at the B side while the next 0 depicts that motor is without blocking brake. WA depicts incremental encoder with standard mounting and 612XX is the encoder code.
The MAC071B-0-FS-4-C/095-B-0/WA612XX features the dimension (mm) of L=463 and B=146 of blocking brake and can work with a peak current of 25 Ampere. The motor weighs around 8.8 kg excluding the weight of holding brake and blower but includes weight of tachogenerator. It handles a torque of 12.1 M/Mn at maximum while at appropriate RPM. The permissible ambient temperatures are 0 C0 & -45 C0 and storage and transport temperatures are -20 C0 & 80 C0 respectively.
