Product Description
The MAC071B-0-FS-4-C/095-A-2/WA610XX is an AC servo motor by Bosch Rexroth. This motor is from the Bosch Rexroth MAC series. MAC series motors are low-inertia permanent magnet motors specially designed and used for automation applications. This motor has good reliability because of its robust ingress protection (IP65) rating, sealed shaft, prime-coated housing (< 40 um), brushless design, and lifetime lubricated bearings. The rated speed (N) of this motor is 2000 min-1, and the holding torque (MdN) of this motor is (4.4 Nm). The continuous current rating at a standstill (Idn) of this motor is 5.0 A, the motor weight is 8.8 kg, and the moment of inertia of the rotor (JM) is 9.9 x 10-4 Kgm^2.
The size of the motor is 071 and the length of the motor is B. The maximum peak current consumption (Ipeak) of this motor is 25.0 A, and the thermal time constant is 45 min. This motor comes with an electrically actuated heavy-duty blocking brake that has a strong holding torque (MH) of 6.5 Nm and nominal voltage (Un) of DC 24 ± 10%. The nominal current, moment of inertia, and mass of the holding brake are 0.7 A, 1.06 x 10-4 Kgm^2, and 0.5 Kg respectively.
The motor has a natural convection cooling method and it does not come with any fan or blower. This motor also has standard tacho feedback and incremental or absolute encoders for speed and position monitoring. The motor centering diameters for the design are both B05 and B14 designs. The electrical power connector of the motor is toward the shaft side, and the motor requires at least 77 mm2 cross-section area cable for optimal performance and INS 108/06 electrical connector.
