Product Description
To reduce the chances of malfunction, this AC servo motor (alternate current) from the Rexroth MAC can be paired with 2 different sets of “blocking brakes": with a blocking brake (standard 3 Nm) and with a blocking brake (6.5 Nm heavy-duty). If blocking brakes are not required, this motor can also be configured that way. The servo has the catalog ID “MAC071B-0-FS-4-C/095-A-0/WI561BX/S001”. The motors have a tachofeedback that has been developed for this series to recognize rotor position and assess speed per tacho generator. It is always a part of the motor core. The motor supports any orientation during installation. It is important to note that thermal deformations directly affect side A of the motor.
For installation of the MAC071B-0-FS-4-C/095-A-0/WI561BX/S001, there are numerous ready-made cables easily available, so there is no need for additional installation labor. It is possible to mount the flange according to design IM B5 or to use coils in the flange according to design IM B14 when the flange is constructed with through-holes. The MAC071B-0-FS-4-C/095-A-0/WI561BX/S001 AC Servo Motor (Alternate Current) is fitted with a tacho-feedback that was specially designed for this MAC series to evaluate speed per tacho-generator and recognize rotor position.
The nominal motor speed for this AC servo motor is measured at 2000 m/s. The torque (continuous) at standstill is 4.4 (6.6) Nm. The current (continuous) at standstill is 5.0 (7.9). Its rotor moment of inertia is rated at 9.9 x 10-4. The torque constant at 20 degrees Celsius is 0.880. Its winding resistance at 20 degrees Celsius is rated at 2.7. Its winding inductance is rated at 22. Its peak (maximum) of pulse current is 25 Ipeak. Its thermal time constant is 45 (20) Tth. This AC servo motor has a mass of 8.8 kilograms (KG).
