Product Description
Designed to be used in applications for precise control, the MAC071B-0-FS-4-C/095-A-0/WI534LX is a 2000 rpm AC servo motor that features an incremental encoder along with a tacho feedback control system that allows it to accurate regulate its speed based on the requirements. The MAC071B-0-FS-4-C/095-A-0/WI534LX motor can be controlled via the DSC motor controllers that use the CAN-Bus communication system that requires only two wires for controlling the servo motor. Since this motor supports CAN-Bus it makes it easier to detect any kind of faults when communicating with the motor.
The motor is IP 65 certified making it possible to be installed in places like industrial setups that are harsh. With its sealed shaft design the MAC071B-0-FS-4-C/095-A-0/WI534LX AC motor can also withstand water sprays and humid environments keeping the interior of the motor safe from corrosion and other damages. The motor also requires it to be installed at an altitude of 1000 meters above sea level because it uses a natural convection cooling method and does not feature an external blow fan.
The standout feature in this particular model is the 534LX encoder that operates at 10-16 Volts DC and has a maximum sampling frequency of 75 kHz allowing it to generate an output 75000 times per second making it more accurate and precise when rotating to its requested position. The encoder also supports the TTL sequence allowing it to move in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions by creating an inverted squarewave output. The motor features a standard shaft, allowing it to be used in heavy-load applications. One of the drawbacks of the MAC071B-0-FS-4-C/095-A-0/WI534LX is that it does not feature a holding clamp needed for a standstill position.
