Product Description
The MAC071A-0-OS-3-C/095-B-1/S020 operates with an AC power source. Bosch recommends using it in conjunction with TDS, DSC, and KDS drive controllers. The AC motor is specially made for use with modern applications such as packaging machinery, printing machines, and textile machines. The MAC071 AC servo motor has a total mass of 6.5 kg and 45 45-minute thermal time constant. The maximum peak pulse current measured is 13 A, conditioned that the motor is used in specified ambient and technical conditions. The surrounding temperature should be maintained between 0 and +45 degree Celsius.
The MAC071A servo motor is a naturally cooled AC servo motor from the MAC series introduced by Rexroth Indramat. The Indramat AC servo motor uses electrically released holding brakes operated with a 24 V DC power supply. The motor offers a high power-to-weight ratio due to its compact construction. The motor utilizes peak torque over a wide speed range. To protect the motor from diluted acids and lyes, weathering, and yellowing, its housing is coated with a prime black paint (RAL 9005), which also prevents corrosion. The MAC071A AC servo motor provides a set of ready-made cables, including power cables, thermo switches connecting cables, and for holding brakes.
This rapid-response servo motor can be stored or transported in a contained with a temperature controlled between -20 and +80 degree Celsius. The class ‘F’ insulation offers isolation from the environmental challenges. The holding brake offers a 30 ms release delay and a 15 ms clamping delay. This model can operate at a nominal speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute. It comes with a standard tacho-feedback system and a second shaft end. The AC servo motor has 95mm of centering diameter. Powering the motor is now made easier with the provision of electrical connectors at side B of the housing.
