Product Description
The MAC071A-0-HS-4-C/095-A-1/WI532LX is a high-performance AC servo motor, renowned for its low-inertia yet high-torque capabilities, making it an ideal choice for applications requiring rapid response. One of the distinctive aspects of this model is its natural convection cooling system. The versatility of this servo motor is further augmented by its compatibility with both incremental and absolute encoders, as well as tachofeedback. The motor's winding speed is capped at 2000 revolutions per minute. The product's nominal voltage of approximately 3V per 1000 min^-1 is ideal.
The standard tachotype included with this motor maintains a balance between performance and smooth operation. Connectivity options are versatile, with the power connector located on the front (Side A) and another connector type on the opposite side. The shaft end is of 7/75 edition with DS M6-16 center spigot. The maximum tightening torque of the screws in threads of the center spigot is 2 Nm. When it comes to the output shaft, the motor has a plain shaft type. The keyway of the output shaft is built as per standards of DIN 6885 which makes it extremely safe to operate. This flexibility allows a wide range of external devices to be attached, tailoring it to various functional requirements.
However, connectors for power, absolute encoder, and incremental encoder are not included in the package and must be acquired separately. Both angled and straight connectors are supported by this motor model. Adhering to DIN 42948 standards, the motor's flange type is designed for natural convection cooling. It accommodates both B05 and B14 design centering diameters. It comes standard with a 3 Nm torque-blocking brake. This variant of the MAC servo motor comes with a special mounter encoder type. It has an incremental encoder that has the standard mounting position.
