The MAC071A-0-ES-4-C/095-A-0/WA612XX is an AC servo motor of the MAC series manufactured by Rexroth group. These motors are rapid-response servo drives in conjunction with TDM, KDS and DSC drive controllers. They are especially suited for printing presses, machine tools, textile, machines. These motors are versatile as they can be configured as per user’s requirements. The weight of the motor is 6.5kg. The permissible conditions for the operation of motor are ambient temperature 0-45 °C & 1000 meters above sea level. The housing has an IP 65 rating & black primer paint coating to make it resistant to weathering, dilute acids. Etc.

The user may order the motor with any of the following for output direction of power connection, connector to side A, side B, to the left, to the right. It comes with a standard pilot diameter of 95 mm for mounting. The maximum duty cycle of the MAC071 is 15 minutes. The continuous torque produced at standstill is 2.2 (3.3) ⁵) Nm & the nominal motors speed of the motor is 4000 min^-1.

 It comes with two options of surface cooling units, axial surface blower or radial surface blower. For the prevention of backlash free holding of servo axes, a holding brake can be equipped either of 3Nm or 6.5 Nm. The motors are equipped with motor feedback for the evaluation of position and speed and for the detection of rotor position, the offered option is Tacho feedback, Tacho feedback with second shaft end or Tacho feedback with mounted encoder. The tacho voltage options of the MAC071 are matches nominal motor speed or 1.5 V/1000 min^-1. Absolute encoder is also available for the 154 SG designation with 4096 pulses. This servo motor comes with a 1-year warranty.
