Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth MAC063C-6-HS-4-C/095-A-1/WI520LV is a digital AC servo motor. It belongs to the MAC product line. Salient features of MAC motors include support for electronic commutation, tachofeedback for speed evaluation, incremental or absolute encoder for position evaluation, IP65 rated housing, brushless design and maintenance-free operation. MAC motor applications include machine tools, robotics, printing presses, and textile machines. Motor temperature is monitored with thermo switches integrated into the motor windings and stator housing. This prevents overload damage. MAC motors enable simple mounting. Pinions and belt pulleys can be directly mounted onto the shaft. MAC motors can be mounted in any orientation. The motor flange contain throughholes, which makes it possible to mount as per design IM B5 or with windings in the flange as per design IM B14. A variety of ready-made cables is available, eliminating additional installation work.
MAC AC servo motors are available with surface cooling for extreme loads. Radial cooling is suited for those applications that need a short construction. The use of radial surface-cooling units is recommended in those cases where shock loads are high. If a radial surface-cooling unit is to be mounted on the motor, then the arrangement of the blower unit on the motor must be determined. The following possibilities are available with every line of motor (looking towards motor shaft): the blower is located under the motor shaft, the blower is to the left of the motor shaft or the blower is to the right of the motor shaft. The blower on the MAC063C-6-HS-4-C/095-A-1/WI520LV motor is located on the right of the motor shaft. The motor has a plain shaft. A backlash-free and non-positive transmission of torque can be achieved with a plain shaft. Clamping sets, pressure sleeves or similar clamping components can be used for coupling pinions, belt pulleys or similar elements.
