Product Description
Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a manufacturer of multiple different solutions for industrial automation, consisting of motors, drives and controllers. Bosch Rexroth’s KVR range of drive power supply modules are amongst their latest engineered innovation which combines high mechanical speeds with extensive monitoring functions which allow for ease in the factory. Since Bosch Rexroth believes in manufacturing solutions directly for their customers, creating simple automation solutions has always been a priority.
The KVR Series of drive supply modules can communicate using the signal voltage bus. The bb1 contact of the KVR is an essential unit to ensure smooth drive system operation, as the power supply can only be connected to the KVR Drives once the Bb1 contact is effectively closed. Bosch Rexroth’s KVR Series can be operated at a continuous mechanical rate of 24 kW and the continuous regeneration power can equal up to 20 kW, which is created by the braking of motors back into the mains connection.
Bosch Rexroth’s KVR1.2-30-3 is part of the KVR Supply Modules as part of series 1 and is the second version from this range. The KVR1.2-30-3 has a rated power of 30 kW which makes highly useful for applications where high continuous regeneration power is required. Bosch Rexroth’s KVR1.2-30-3 features an impressive 30/20 continuous link circuit power, with a 170W power dissipation control and 31kg weight, making it one of the most powerful yet compact drives available in the market. The link circuit voltage for the KVR1.2-30-3 is 320V and the maximum regeneration energy with the power off is 100 kWs. Control voltage inputs vary for the KVR1.2-30-3 but will usually range from between 15V DC and 24V DC. Bosch Rexroth’s KVR1.2-30-3 should be stored in a controlled temperature which is not higher than 85 degrees Celsius or lower than -30 degrees Celsius. This module can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
