This device basically combines the functionality of the industrial servo motor and a servo drive into a single and highly compact unit. The KSM02.1B-076C-35N-M3-HP2-ET-L3-D7-NN-FW is a highly durable industrial device that operates with an efficiency of as high as 95 percent under normal operating conditions. The enclosure of the device meets the IP65 protection class, it is also covered with prime black paint which protects it from the degeneration caused by rusting. This device can also be configured to meet the operation requirements of a broad range of industrial machines such as food processing machines, paper converting machines, assembly systems, and lots more. The transmission of electrical energy and exchange of digital information between this device and other parts of the servo system is carried out through a hybrid cable according to the Muti-Ethernet master communication protocol.
The KSM02.1B-076C-35N-M3-HP2-ET-L3-D7-NN-FW servo drive contains an electrically releasing holding brake which helps to keep the load connected to the motor’s plain shaft in place during standstill. This servo drive also contains special Light Emitting Diodes (LED) which display flashing lights of different colors, each of these colors sends signal information to the operator about the operational status of the drive. The supply voltage of this controller is about 750 volts, while the maximum current is about 17.7 amperes.
