Product Description
The KSM02.1B-076C-35N-M1-HP2-ET-SD-D7-TO-FW distributed servo drive produced by Bosch Rexroth comes with a connecting voltage of 750VDC. The integrated motor has a 24VDC holding brake that works on the electrically releasing principle. The device weighs 15.7kg. The ground connection of the device is established using a connection cable of AWG 14 to 12 thickness. The unit must be commissioned only after ensuring that all mechanical and electrical connections are intact. It features a tricolor H14 LED to display the status of the drive. This LED lights up fully in green if the drive is error-free and runs based on the inputs. The drive has no analog inputs.
The servo drive supports several functions such as an oscilloscope function, a patch function, a monitoring function and a logbook function. The patch function helps in writing the internal memory cells of the drive controller. The product incorporates the monitoring function for extended diagnosis. The motor has a continuous torque of 8.7Nm at 60K. It also has a maximum torque rating of 29A and a maximum current rating of 17.7A. The drive connection box used with this drive is integrated with fuses for protection of the hybrid cable against electric overload. This connection box also helps in establishing communication between the drive and a high-level control unit.
The distributed drive can be operated with a KMV03 supply unit that provides the required power and 42V control voltage for the drive. Its motor incorporates a thermal class of 155 in accordance with EN 60034-1 specifications. The unit features a MultiEthernet interface for master communication and incorporates 2 x M12 MultiEthernet decoupling. The product uses the logbook function for recording the history of the drive internal firmware. The holding brake has a maximum clamping delay of 30ms and a maximum release delay of 50ms. The drive with its warranty backing for one year can be shipped to you through reliable logistics freight carriers.
