Product Description
KSM motors are part of the IndraDrive Mi drive system produced by Bosch Rexroth. This drive system is appropriate for efficiency requirements. One of the several KSM motors manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is the KSM02.1B-076C-35N-M1-HG0-ET-S3-D7-NN-FW. In general, KSM motors are equipped with either a shaft with keyway or a plain shaft. This model comes designed with the former. Also, KSM drives can either have a holding brake or not – the KSM02.1B-076C-35N-M1-HG0-ET-S3-D7-NN-FW is without a holding brake. In addition, encoders are built into its design to accurately track its shaft location and speed. To efficiently harness the benefits of KSM drives, they must be used in conjunction with KCU electronic control system on the IndraDrive Mi drive system. The KCU electronic control system is responsible for electric protection, and is often positioned next to the compatible power supply unit.
During operation, several KSM motors can be connected in succession by a hybrid wire to the drive system. Reduced installation difficulties and lower cooling requirements are made possible because of this feature. The required operating environment for optimum performance must be kept between 0° C and 40° C. This motor conforms with an insulation class of 155 (as per EN 60034-1) and has a maximum speed of 4,700 min-1. Also, the maximum torque of this servo motor is 29 Nm, and its maximum current is 17.7 A.
In order to avoid harm, personnel should stay away from any KSM motor parts that have voltages above 50 V. Additionally, to avoid the cases of accidents, electric shock, property damage, or even death, all the safety guidelines provided by the manufacturer must be followed. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
