Product Description
The KSM02 series of motors, included in the IndraDrive Mi line of drive systems, are distinguished by their compact and flexible design, allowing the motors to integrate seamlessly with the rest of the system. One of such motors is the KSM02.1B-076C-35N-M1-HG0-ET-NN-D7-TO-FW. It boasts space-saving features due to the efficient integration of the power and control parts. Also, energy sharing is more efficient as a result of the power/control integration. The unit is also outfitted with a hybrid cable, which can be used to communicate with other components of the drive system and make electrical connections. It weighs about 14.6 kg.
The position of this motor's shaft as per torque and speed control can be determined appropriately using a Hiperface optical multi-turn absolute encoder. Natural convection is used to cool the KSM02.1B-076C-35N-M1-HG0-ET-NN-D7-TO-FW. This product does not have a brake, but Multi-Ethernet output coupling is enabled. Also, there is no safety technology utilized on this motor-integrated servo drive.
At a temperature of 20 degrees C, this motor's torque and voltage constants are 1.85 Nm/A and 113.8 Volts per 1000 revolutions per minute (RPM). It can attain a max. motor speed of 4,700 revolutions per minute. In addition, it features a rotor inertia rated at 0.00430 kgm2. By design, the peak torque generated by this servo drive has a value of 29.0 Nm, and its continuous standstill torque (60K) is rated at 8.7 Nm. The rated input voltage of the KSM02.1B-076C-35N-M1-HG0-ET-NN-D7-TO-FW is within the range of 540 – 750 Volts. Its thermal time constant has a value of 25 minutes, and according to EN 60034-1, this unit conforms with the thermal class rating of 155. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
