The Bosch KSM02.1B-071C-35N-S1-HP0-ET-NN-D7-NN-FW is a Rexroth KSM02 series motor-integrated servo system. This system is the combination of a synchronous motor and control electronics inside the same compact housing. The IP65 protection rating gives the system extra robustness and allows for installation near the operating machinery. The maximum altitude of the installation site is 3300 feet. The ambient temperature range recommended by Bosch for convection cooled servo system operation is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. Operation of the KSM02.1B-071C-35N-S1-HP0-ET-NN-D7-NN-FW outside these ambient conditions leads to servo system derating and can also lead to malfunction. The motor stage on the KSM02.1B-071C-35N-S1-HP0-ET-NN-D7-NN-FW has a rated speed of 4700 RPM. The motor shaft comes with a keyway and a sealing ring. A holding brake is not available on the servo system. However Bosch does provide an optional 16 Nm holding brake that can be ordered if required.
A safety option is not available on the KSM02.1B-071C-35N-S1-HP0-ET-NN-D7-NN-FW. Three safety options are available from Bosch including safe torque off, safe motion with SBC and safe motion without SBC. Input voltage range for the KSM02.1B-071C-35N-S1-HP0-ET-NN-D7-NN-FW is 540 to 750 Volts DC. The power rating is 1285 Watts. Capacitance of the DC bus on the system is 0.024 millifarads. The KSM02.1B-071C-35N-S1-HP0-ET-NN-D7-NN-FW servo features a single-turn optical encoder (Hiperface) with 128 signal periods. The system has a hybrid connector for the power and feedback connections. The master communication interface is multi-Ethernet. Several different application specific servo system firmware are available form Bosch and therefore the firmware for the system has to be ordered as a separate subposition. The KSM02.1B-071C-35N-S1-HP0-ET-NN-D7-NN-FW should be installed by technical personnel who have read and understood the safety instructions in the product manual. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
