The KSM02.1B-071C-10N-S1-HG0-ET-NN-D7-NN-FW distributed servo drive mounting is meant for mounting only after ensuring the precision and stability of the connection. This drive features B05 type construction for flange assembly. The product may exhibit interference if its load resistance and signal lines are laid close to each other. The device might get damaged if its live connections are disconnected and connected to avoid getting damaged. The address of this unit must always be viewed only after turning OFF the power supply and waiting for the half an hour discharge time. It has two rotary switches under the connector hoods to set the address.
The product must have neither icing nor moisture condensation on its surface during storage and transport. The DC bus capacitor in this device contains electrolytic capacitors that may get deteriorated during long term storage. It must be taken care to operate for at least an hour every year at the DC bus voltage when it is being stored. The motor, cables and connectors have to be visually inspected for damage when the storage period is more than a year. The unit has to be installed near the appropriate machine and not inside a control cabinet.
The servo drive can be installed both horizontally and vertically. The device is recommended for use only in NFPA 79 applications. The unit features maximum installation elevation support of 1,000m over sea level. It has 3 degree of pollution with plugged connectors in accordance with IEC 60664-1 specifications. This unit has a relative humidity ranging from 5% to 95%. It exhibits derated performance when the temperature is above 40°C. The second equipment grounding conductor of the unit on its housing uses an AWG 14-12 cable for its connection. The H14 LED of the drive lights up in red when there is a system error.
