Product Description
The KSM series Bosch Rexroth KSM02.1B-061C-61N-M1-HG2-ET-NN-D7-TO-FW is a motor-integrated servo drive. It has two main components that are a synchronous motor and the control electronics. The beauty of the design is that it combines the two components inside a single housing which saves space and reduces points of failure. In this way this innovative design helps to improve long-term reliability which leads to lower overall system cost. The KSM series also offers several other features which makes it a standout performer. These features include support for encoders, holding brakes and multi-Ethernet communication capability. The KSM02.1B-061C-61N-M1-HG2-ET-NN-D7-TO-FW is a drive which includes an integrated holding brake. The brake is electrically releasing and is rated for 24 Volts DC. The rated holding torque of the holding brake is 10 Nm and it has a peak release delay of 40 milliseconds.
Specifications for the motor stage on the KSM02.1B-061C-61N-M1-HG2-ET-NN-D7-TO-FW drive include 71.5 Volts/1000 RPM voltage constant at 20 degrees Celsius, 1.16 Nm/A torque constant at 20 degrees Celsius, 5.5 Nm continuous torque at the 60K overtemperature condition, 18 Nm peak torque and 17.7 Amps peak current. Other features that are available on the KSM02.1B-061C-61N-M1-HG2-ET-NN-D7-TO-FW include a plain motor shaft with sealing ring, a hybrid electrical connector, optical encoder with Hiperface and 128 signal periods, multi-Ethernet output coupling (2 x M12). Safety options are not available on the KSM02.1B-061C-61N-M1-HG2-ET-NN-D7-TO-FW but can be ordered separately if required. Supply voltage rating for the KSM02.1B-061C-61N-M1-HG2-ET-NN-D7-TO-FW is 750 Volts DC. The KSM02.1B-061C-61N-M1-HG2-ET-NN-D7-TO-FW drive cools through natural convection and required 0 to 40 degrees Celsius ambient temperature. Drive operation outside this temperature range will void the product warranty and could also lead to drive malfunction. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
