Product Description
The KSM02.1B-061C-61N-M1-HG0-ET-S3-D7-TO-FW Bosch Rexroth distributed servo drive is equipped with an H14 LED to assist in diagnosis. This product can control and monitor the electric motor and its operation. The device should be programmed before commissioning so that the motor performs the application-specific functions. The unit is deployed in single- and multi-axis drive and control tasks. It is widely implemented in handling and mounting systems. The drive should not be used when the maximum temperature in the surroundings is very high. The product has to be properly and correctly transported, stored, mounted and installed for safe and optimal operation.
This servo drive may depict high electrical voltage due to improper use. The unit should at all times be switched ON only after ascertaining that its equipment grounding conductor has a permanent connection as per the connection diagram. The device is intended to be used only under the specified ambient conditions. The electrical connectors of the product should not be plugged in or removed when it is in the powered state. The drive comes with a maximum bypass current of 25A. The product may have dangerous movements at any point in time during operation because of operator, firmware or software errors.
The device commissioning action should take place only after a cross-check that the emergency stop switch is in working condition. The vertical axes of its motor must be secured against falling after it is switched OFF. The drive is supposed to be disconnected from electric power if it is kept unused for a long duration. The unit comes integrated with a 2 x M12 multi-ethernet output coupling. The product supports a relative humidity ranging from 5% to 95% during transport. The address of the device is set using two rotary switches. The servo drive is sold with a year’s Wake Industrial warranty in custom military-grade packaging.
