Product Description
Manufactured as part of its state-of-the-art IndraDrive Mi series of system solutions, the KSM02.1B-041C-42N-S3-HG2-ET-NN-D7-ES-FW by Bosch Rexroth is a synchronous servo drive whose control sections have been integrated into its design. As a result, when it is used to set up a drive system, it eliminates the need for a control cabinet. It is a size 041 and length C basic performance drive with Winding 42 and plain shaft with sealing ring. The encoder utilized by the KSM02.1B-041C-42N-S3-HG2-ET-NN-D7-ES-FW is a single-turn capacitive encoder with a Hiperface interface and a signal period delivery of 16 per revolution. It is also equipped with a hybrid connector that can be used for both electrical connections and communication. Cooling of this servo drive is achieved with the aid of natural convection.
The KSM02.1B-041C-42N-S3-HG2-ET-NN-D7-ES-FW has a holding brake but no safety technology option. It is also enabled for communication using ethernet with the external master communication multi-ethernet (2 x M12) that makes up part of its design. With a degree of protection IP65, this 5.9 kg drive conforms with the 3K4 climatic categories. It functions excellently at an ambient temperature range of 0 and 40° C. The acceptable installation altitude is 1000 m and relative humidity must be maintained between 5 and 95 %.
The supply voltage for the KSM02.1B-041C-42N-S3-HG2-ET-NN-D7-ES-FW is 750 V from a DC source. Its short circuit current rating with KCU supplied is 42 kA, and its maximum bypass current is 25.0 A. It can attain a maximum electrical speed of 5,500 per minute with a maximum torque of 9.4 Nm, a maximum current of 6.8 A, and rotor inertia of 0.00019 kgm2. Its continuous torque at standstill 60K is 2.2 Nm, and at 20oC, its torque constant is 1.60 Nm/A and voltage constant, 98.2 V/1000min-1. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
