Product Description
The KSM02.1B-041C-42N-M3-HP0-ET-NN-D7-NN-FW distributed servo drive made by Bosch Rexroth does not support safety technology. The DC bus connections related to the product are established through its L+ and L- terminals. The device must implement only Class 1 60/75°C copper wires for its UL and CSA listings to be valid. It has to be always replaced by another drive of the same type. The unit features a DC supply voltage of 750V. The firmware for the drive is to be bought as a separate sub-item. The product has a thermal class of 155 for its motor in accordance with EN 60034-1 specifications. The device supports switching frequencies of 4kHz and 8kHz.
The DC bus of the drive has a capacitance of 0.024mF. The housing of the unit should be cleaned when it is dirty. The connections of the product are to be done according to the machine circuit diagram. The device has to be put into ready-for-operation status in accordance with the specified instructions. It must always be ensured that no moisture or dirt enters the housing. The unit is supposed to be secured against an unauthorized operation and accidental movements during the deactivation process.
