Product Description
Bosch Rexroth provides services in the development of energy-efficient, long-lasting, and economical equipment for various industrial sectors. The company is highly dedicated to high product quality.
The KSM02.1B-041C-42N-M1-HG0-ET-L3-D7-TO-FW model is designed and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to provide high operational reliability with space-saving installation. The KSM02.1 distributed servo drive is designed to operate at the rated voltage of 750 VDC, supplied by the respective KCU unit. The model dissipates 70 W of power while operating at the continuous current of 25 A. The IndraDrive Mi generates the continuous power of 495 kW and the continuous torque of 2.2 Nm is delivered by the motor while operating at a standstill position. The KSM02.1 distributed servo drive uses the phenomena of natural convection for maintaining the internal temperature of the unit. The motor provides maintenance-free operation when operated under favorable environmental and mounting conditions. The cooling ribs of the motor should be cleaned regularly. A standard bearing is placed in IndraDrive Mi with an average service life of 30000 hours. A single KCU module can operate up to 20 KSM02.1 distributed servo drives.
The model KSM02.1B-041C-42N-M1-HG0-ET-L3-D7-TO-FW is equipped with a Hiperface multi-turn absolute optical encoder with 128 increments for controlling the position of the motor. The model uses hybrid connectors for power and data transmission. A plain output shaft is placed in this unit along with the radial shaft sealing rings. The motor is capable to operate at the maximum speed of 5500 rpm. Due to its IP65 protection standard, the IndraDrive Mi can operate ideally under unfavorable environmental conditions. The model uses EtherNet interface for communication purposes. The firmware for this model should be ordered separately according to its configurations. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
