Product Description
The IndraDrive Mi drive system created by Rexroth contains KSM motors among other components. This drive system is ideal for high efficiency requirements. Several KSM motors are connected to the drive system in succession in a chain through a hybrid cable. This allows for a smaller sized control cabinet, reduction of installation efforts, and lower cooling requirements. The KSM motors connected to the IndraDrive Mi drive system are operated conjointly with a KCU electronic control system. The electronic control system is positioned adjacent to the power supply unit and is responsible for electric protection.
Each string of KSM motors connected to the IndraDrive Mi drive system is supposed to use the RHS0004 terminal connector. KSM motors possess either plain shafts or shafts with keyways. The KSM motors are optionally supplied with electrically released holding brakes. They are also equipped with integrated encoder systems for tracking the position as well as the speed of their shaft. The parts of KSM motors with conducting voltages above 50 V should be avoided as they can cause electric shock or personal injury. Additionally, all the safety instructions regarding the KSM motors provided by the producer should be followed to avoid instances of injuries, electric shock, property damage, or even death.
The KSM01.2B-041C-42N-M1-HP2-SE-NN-D7-NN-FW is one of the KSM motors manufactured by Rexroth. The temperature of the environment by which this motor is being operated should be maintained between 0 oC and 40 oC. The insulation class and maximum speed of this motor are 155 and 5500 min-1 respectively. KSM01.2B-041C-42N-M1-HP2-SE-NN-D7-NN-FW motor also has a maximum torque of 9.4 Nm and a maximum current of 6.8 A. The KSM01.2B-041C-42N-M1-HP2-SE-NN-D7-NN-FW can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
