Product Description
The IndraDrive Mi “KMS02.1B-A018-P-D7-ET-ENH-NN-WE-FW” is a near-motor servo driver manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. This flexible and versatile near-motor servo driver enables the user to seamlessly integrate a wide range of motors into an IndraDrive Mi drive chain. The product supports both synchronous/asynchronous rotary and linear motors. The driver is an ultimate choice in a situation where precise control and integration with Bosch Rexroth motors or even other 3rd-party motors is an industrial requirement. Fast response, best reliability, easy sensor integration and accurate control are the key features of KMS02.1B-A018-P-D7-ET-ENH-NN-WE-FW servo motor driver. The IndraDrive near-motor servo driver is the standard industrial decentralized invertor with advanced electronics drive circuitry and a flexible but resilient firmware. The electronics consists of a control drive section and a separate power section. The electronics is thermally connected directly to the housing and hence implies the natural convection cooling mechanism for thermal compensation. If the temperature exceeds than 105°C, the motor temperature warning is generated after 30 seconds and the power is switched off.
The program module of the driver contains the firmware and parameter memory. It is not possible to operate the product without the programming module. The optional connection point X108/X109 is an additional Multi-Ethernet interface used to connect devices with Ethernet-based protocol (SERCOS III, PROFINET IO, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT) in distributed form. The ready-made hybrid cables and terminal connectors by Rexroth connects the system parts together for power and communication. Appropriate grounding of the device is essential for safeguard against electric shock and damage. The protection category of KMS02.1B-A018-P-D7-ET-ENH-NN-WE-FW near-motor servo driver is as per IP65 standard, protecting the housing and covering against dust and seeping in water. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
