Product Description
The KMS02.1B-A018-N-D7-ET-ENH-ST-ST-FW is a drive controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to control and monitor the activities of KSM, MKE, MSK motors series, and other third-party motors used in production industries. The KMS02.1B-A018-N-D7-ET-ENH-ST-ST-FW drive controller is compactly designed and can be installed in industrial applications that have limited space. The drive also contains a firmware that contains all software command and processing information used by the drive controller. The drive contains four digital inputs and outputs, two of which can be used as quick probing of the drive. The drive controller uses a hybrid cable to exchange signals with the KCU control system and connect to the power supply.
The KMS02.1B-A018-N-D7-ET-ENH-ST-ST-FW drive controller is self-diagnostic; it can independently identify any electrical, mechanical, or system error it encounters and then display a corresponding color signal through its tricolor LED display. The meaning of each color indicated by the drive controller is specified in the drive’s documentation. The drive controller has no analog outputs, it is environment friendly, and its operation does not negatively affect the environment.
The KMS02.1B-A018-N-D7-ET-ENH-ST-ST-FW drive is not designed to work with any electrical current greater than 18 Amperes; the drive is, however, more suited to work with a current of 7.3 Amperes. The short circuit rating of the power drive is about 42000Amperes; at a current higher than this, the fuse melts to protect the drive from electrical damage. The DC bus has a rated voltage of about 700volts and a capacitance of 0.02 microFarad. The heat generated by the drive controller is minimal and can be effectively controlled by the air that comes in contact with it. The drive should not be operated in an environment with ambient temperatures greater than 55 Degree Celcius as this can cause overheating in the drive controller. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
