Product Description
When it comes to innovation, Bosch Rexroth Indramat has a lot to offer to the motion industry. The company has launched technological solutions that fulfill a wide range of queries related to motion and logic control. The KDV series of supply modules is a prime example of innovative and hi-tech solutions primarily related to system overheating. The KDV supply modules feature heatsink that accounts for 80% heat dissipation outside the cabinet. The KDV 3.1-100-220-300-W1-220 power supply module belongs to the 1st version of the KDV 3 series.
The KDV 3.1-100-220-300-W1-220 power supply module by Rexroth Indramat has a rated current of 100 Amperes and a nominal voltage of 220 Volt AC. The KDV 3.1-100-220-300-W1-220 power supply module converts the 220 AC voltage to 300 Volts DC voltage with the help of the DC bus. The DC voltage is meant for running the spindles or servo amplifiers connected to the drive, and it is sufficient for as many as 6 devices. The heatsink blower at the back of the supply module has a nominal voltage of 220 Volt AC. Like other KDV units, the KDV 3.1-100-220-W1-300-220 power supply module can be connected to the main system without a transformer. The regenerated energy can be reutilized by means of KDR system that returns it to the main lines. The three-phase power supply unit can also run in generator mode.
The power supply unit offers a frequency between 50 and 60 Hz, and its ambient temperature ranges between 5 and 45 degree Celsius. The KDV 3.1-100-220-300-W1-220 power supply module features an open-frame mounting design and it can be installed at locations below 1000 meters above sea-level. The design has IP10 protection, while internal parts are protected via internal gasket seal.
