The KDV 1.3-100-200-300-W1-220-300 power supply module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth supplies the required DC bus power for KDS series and TDM series of servo drives offered by the same manufacturer. The AC power supply and servo drive work along with a feedback device such as an encoder, a servo controller and a MAC series servomotor to form a servo system. It is equipped with one power input connection as well as one or more power output connections. The product can work along with other power supplies as well. The module can be dispatched safely through globally well-known shipping partners.
The device features an overvoltage fuse with an LED that lights up in red color if the power section is malfunctioning or the bleeder has a very high temperature. This tends to happen because of an obstruction in the air outlet and/or inlet or the blower fan not running. The unit must be assembled within a height of 1,000m over sea level. The product has a Class C insulation according to DIN 570110 specifications. It is meant to operate within an ambient temperature range of 5°C to 45°C with rated data. This power supply comes with 300VDC bus nominal voltage rating and 220VAC heatsink nominal voltage rating.
This module incorporates cold-running technology because of the external heatsink. This ensures that there is no heat loss in the control cabinet housing the product and the connected servo drive. The green-colored H4Power ON LED of the power supply unit remains off as long as there is no disruption of power. The product weighs 21kg. It has a frequency of 50Hz to 60Hz.
