The Rexroth engineering manufacture HVR03.2-W045N/S203 three-phase DC power supply unit for the regulated drive controller for HDS and HDD products. The HVR is a 750V DC voltage to supply electricity to the drive controller. These supply units are perfect to stabilize the drive dynamics under low voltage. The power supply unit has the generative operation which enables the drive to work on generator mode as well as regenerated energy back to the mains of the motors. The HVR power supply unit permits a small unit dimension with high efficiency and quality performance and favorable matching power to any specified application.
The integrated HVR03.2 power supply unit has the shutdown power option for the emergency shutdown. This HVR power supply has a high ON time brake mode for emergency shutdown. These electricity supply units provide control voltage to all connected controlled drives. The HVR units are operational with substantial monitoring functions which are controlled by the bus voltage for attached drive communication.
The input voltage of the HVR03.2-W045N/S203 is 3*380-480(+/-10%) with system frequency of 50-60 (+/-2Hz) and DC bus voltage of 750V. The output DC voltage of the supply units is 45kW with a peak output of 135kW. The regenerated bleeder power of the unit is 120kWs and has maximum regenerated energy of 80kWs.The HVR power unit weights 31 kg. The maximum load of the power unit is 500VA with a control voltage of 300W. The ambient temperature for the unit is +5°C to +45°C with a derated value of +55°C. The installation altitude of the power unit is 1000 meter above sea level and fall under the protection category of IP 10 per EN60529/IEC529. The ambient humidity for the supply unit is 95%.
