Product Description

The HVR03.2-W045N/S200 is a 3-phase 750V DC voltage power supply unit exclusively uses to supply electricity to drive controllers to the HDS and HDD products. It provides a power supply to a regulated DC bus voltage for the drive controller which means that drive dynamics do not drop with under-voltage. The HVR03.2-W045N/S200 has the generative operation, when using the HVR power supply unit for the drive controller and running in generator mode the energy is regenerated back into main controls. The HVR high voltage permits a small unit dimension with high-quality performance and optimum matching power to a specific application.

The HVR03.2 is integrated into a power supply unit, which shut down the power supply. In case of the mains failure or shutdown power supply unit, motors are controlled brake by the bleeder in the HVR as it has high ON time brake mode for emergency. It provides control voltage for all connected drive controllers. The HVR03.2 is equipped with a substantial monitoring function controlled by bus voltage for communication with the attached drive controllers.

The HVR power supply units can be connected to mains voltage with the necessary voltage of 3* AC 380-480V +/- 10%, 50-60Hz power system frequency. The HVR03.2-W045N/S200 supply unit has 45kW of continuous Dc bus power with 135kW peak DC bus power supply components. It has maximum regenerated energy of 80kWs.The 36kW maximum continuous mechanical power motors are connected effectively to the HVR power supply unit. The HVR03.2-W045N/S200 has high load capabilities for the control voltage to one power supply unit. The connection of the signal lines is effective via plug-in terminals.
