Product Description

The HVR03.1-W045N/S025 is a line 3, design 1 power supply module which belongs to HVR series from Bosch Rexroth. It is meant for use in DIAX04 chassis for powering drive controllers. Continuous output power rating for the supply is 75 kilowatts. HVR series supplies are designed to provide 100% rated continuous power output for more than 10 seconds, 200% of rated power for 3 seconds to accelerate main drive and 300% of rated power for 0.3 seconds to accelerate feed drives. DC bus peak output for the HVR03.1-W045N/S025 is 135 kilowatts which can be sustained for 0.3 seconds. The DC bus short time power is 104 kilowatts which can be sustained for 3 seconds. The supply is equipped with a bleeder which absorbs regenerated power. The maximum regenerated energy is 80 kilowatts. Continuous and peak regenerative power ratings are 45 kilowatts and 90 kilowatts.

A two-place display located on the front of the supply provides information which can be used to determine operating status of the supply and presence of any fault conditions. Replacing faulty supplies requires a lifting device and an identical replacement unit. Faulty supplies need to be sent to Bosch Rexroth for repairs. Each supply comes with a type plate which contains information which can be used to verify the supply at the time of delivery and also helps to ensure that any faulty supply is replaced with the correct type. This type plate is located on the top side of the power supply unit. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
