Product Description

The Bosch HVR02.2-W025N/S200 is a power supply module for Rexroth’s modular DIAX04 systems. A two-place seven-segment display is available on the supply front panel through which operating status, faults and warnings are displayed. Proper fault diagnosis requires the system processor to be in working state and also requires application of the control voltages. Errors on the power supply can be reset by the following three methods: pressing the RESET button on the front panel, switching off the control voltage and by generating the reset command through the control voltage bus. Faulty HVR02.2-W025N/S200 supplies must be returned to Rexroth for repairs. Power supply of the HVR02.2-W025N/S200 can be connected to grounded 3-phase supply with 380 to 480 Volts AC supply. Under normal operating conditions a transformer at the supply module input is not required.

An input transformer is required for undervoltage or overvoltage conditions i.e. for voltages less than 380 Volts AC and for voltages greater than 80 Volts AC. Continuous power rating of the HVR02.2-W025N/S200 is 25 kilowatts. The supply unit enclosure is rated for IP 10 as per IEC 529. Condensation and accumulation of dirt on the supply should be prevented. Environmental operating conditions for the HVR02.2-W025N/S200 supply include maximum 95% relative humidity, up to 1000 meters installation altitude and 5 to 45 degrees Celsius operating temperature. The supply is air cooled and includes built-in blower. The supply design allows 75 kilowatts power output for 0.3 seconds. Regenerated power ratings include 25 kilowatts continuous regenerative power and 75 kilowatts peak regenerative power. Maximum bleeder power is 120 kilowatts and the maximum amount of regenerated energy for the supply is 80 kilowatts. The supply operates with regulated DC bus voltage of 750 Volts DC. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
