Product Description
The HVR02.2-W010 is part of the HVR 2nd generation power supply units from Rexroth Indramat. Like other power supply units, it enables the connection of more than one drive controllers in a single drive system. It comes with a power rectifier that rectifies 3-phase AC voltage into regulated DC bus voltage for the drive controllers. When used in generative operation the energy is regenerated back to the mains. In the event of mains failure, the motors are braked controlled by the bleeder in the HVR02.2-W010. It supplies control voltage to all connected drive controllers.
This type is to be connected to mains voltage consisting of 3 x AC 380 … 480 V and is exclusively intended to supply electricity to HDD and HDS drive controllers. Only motors with 36 kW continuous mechanical power can be connected to the HVR02.2-W010. The ambient conditions include an operating temperature of 5 to 45 degrees, a storage and transport temperature of -30 to 85 degrees, and a maximum installation elevation of 1000 meters above sea level. It comes with an IP 10 protection class. Since it has sensitive electrolytic capacitors, operate it once a year for at least 1 hour.
The HVR02.2-W010 features an air cooling mode and a nominal power of 10 kW. Its electrical characteristics are a DC bus voltage of 750V, a DC bus continuous power of 10 kW, DC bus peak output of 30 kW, and a DC bus short-time power of 25kW. The power loss parameters are a 300 W power loss at the maximum continuous output, 150 W basic losses, and 15 W/kW power losses per kW DC bus continuous power. You can get it from Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty period.
