The HNL05.1R-0100-N0811-N-A4-NNNF mains choke is one of the latest and most efficient productions of Rexroth Indrmat. This choke is designed for regenerative devices such as the HCS converter and the HMV power supply unit. The efficiency of this mains choke is about 95 percent, also under normal operating conditions, the choke can operate at a top level for more than five years without breaking down or requiring any sort of maintenance operation. Only persons specially trained to handle Rexroth Indramat products should be allowed to carry out configuration, and installation operation on this choke as mishandling of this device can cause industrial accidents. The HNL05.1R-0100-N0811-N-A4-NNNF is integrated with a liquid cooling unit which helps to keep the heat in the mains choke within the tolerated temperature range.

The permissible ambient temperature for the operation of the HNL05.1R-0100-N0811-N-A4-NNNF mains choke falls between 0 to 40 degrees Celsius, however, if the choke is not required for immediate operation, it can be stored in ambient temperature that falls within the range of -25 to +80 degrees Celsius. This choke requires a rated current of 811 amperes for efficient operation in the industrial servo system, at this current, the choke can dissipate a power of 1650 watts in air and 3000 watts in water.
