The HNL01.1R-0065-N0800-A-480-NNNN mains choke is one of the latest and most efficient productions of Rexroth Indramat. This choke is an industrial accessory designed specifically to improve the efficiency of industrial controllers and industrial power supply units by preventing the impermissible loading of semiconductors in the event of a rapid current rise during electrical commutation. The HNL01.1R-0065-N0800-A-480-NNNN mains choke is designed with a housing unit that is designed to meet the IP10 protection class, this housing does not provide enough protection, thus it is important to install the choke in an external cabinet that meets at least the IP56 protection class. All parts of this choke have been tested and certified to meet international quality standards.

The heat produced by the HNL01.1R-0065-N0800-A-480-NNNN drive controller during operation is kept within the permissible range by natural convection. The nominal inductance produced by this choke is about 65 Microihenry while the rated current required by the choke for optimum operation is  800 Amperes.
