The HMV01.1R-W0045-A-07-NNNN-AA is a power supply module designed by Rexroth Indramat to supply the various components of the industrial servo system with the electrical energy they require for effective operation. This power supply unit is designed for machines and equipment operated in the industrial environment as the low voltage supplied to residential areas is not enough to support the device's operation. The leakage current produced by the supply unit can reach about 3.5 Milliamperes; thus, operators should ensure it is securely connected to an efficient grounding system. The amount of electrical energy supplied by this controller is about 45 Amperes, while the voltage utilized by the bus of the supply module is about 700 volts.
The HMV01.1R-W0045-A-07-NNNN-AA power supply unit is also designed to handle the servo system's electrical energy during motor regeneration. The housing of the power supply unit is according to IP20, which means the power supply unit can withstand the penetration of any solid material larger than 50 millmeters. Thus power supply unit weighs only about 20 kilogram, it is 440 millimeters long and 250 mIllimeters wide.
