The Rexroth INDRAMAT manufactured HMS01.1N-W0036-A-07-NNNN-AA power supply unit for maintaining electric supply to the drive systems of the motors. The supply unit aids to optimize the current of the motors as per application requirement. It can enhance the rated input current to motors and protect the branch circuit with maximum voltage and current for the smooth operation of motors.
The HMS01.1N-W0036-A-07-NNNN-AA power supply unit comes with the Indradrive’s standard design with the built-in integrated blower for the cooling of the system inside the control cabinet or close housing. The supply unit has no power supply itself. The maximum current of the unit is 20A as per UL ratings. It establishes 24V rated input voltage along with +/-20% tolerance. The unit has a system frequency of 0-1000Hz. The supply has a 3* AC 0-500V output voltage. With the holding brakes, drives, and control sections of the motors, the HMS01.1N power supply 10w rated power consumption. It has a rated current of 40A and 35A output current. It maintained 700V nominal DC bus voltage for the system along with the power dissipation of 420W of continuous current and continuous DC bus power.
The power supply unit comes with the 508C standard UL with the class 2 of pollution degree. The ambient altitude for the mounting of the unit is a maximum of 1000 meters above sea level and has an ambient temperature of 40°C with a derated value of 55°C. The unit has a mass of 6.68kg with a width of 50mm. It has 440mm height and 262mm depth and must be installed in the close cabinet or control housing. For proper installation of the unit, the tightening torque should be maintained from 0-5 Nm with a 1.0 mm connection cable. It requires the 18AWG standard wire for connection and falls in the protection category of IP20. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
