The HLT05.1W-245K-N-D7-NNNN brake chopper operates by switching the excess braking energy into a resistor which beaking electrical energy into heat energy which can be easily handled by the head regulation system of the servo system. The HLT05.1W-245K-N-D7-NNNN is produced by well-trained industrial operators according to the international quality standard; it can operate at a top level for more than five years without breaking down or requiring any sort of maintenance operation. The HLT05.1W-245K-N-D7-NNNN should not be operated in an ambient temperature that exceeds 40 degree Celsius as this can cause the chopper to heat up at a rate which its temperature regulation system can not handle.
