The HLT01.1 brake chopper takes electrical power from the dc-link voltage of 1000 VDC from the respective attached module. The model is extensively used in various industrial applications such as machine tools, mounting systems, printing machines, and textile machines. The maximum continuous braking power of the unit is 300 kW with a cycle time of 240 seconds. The HLT01.1 brake chopper is attached to the internal brake resistor and it takes excessive energy during deceleration mode and dissipates it to the surrounding. The model HLT01.1A-300K-N-010-NNNN must be mounted into G1 mounting position and the minimum clearance of 100 mm should be maintained at the top and bottom of the unit to provide sufficient room for air inlet and outlet.
