The HLR01.1N-06K5-N06R1-A-007-NNNN brake resistor is one of the most advanced productions of  Bosch Rexroth. The brake resistor regulates the amount of current that comes into the servo drive's power circuit during the deceleration of the servo motor. This regulatory function of the brake resistor protects the servo drive from damages caused by overvoltage. The excess voltage absorbed by the HLR01.1N-06K5-N06R1-A-007-NNNN voltage resistor is converted to thermal energy, which is safely dispersed from the resistor through the silts present on the resistor's housing. To operate the brake resistor, the drive controller must be equipped with a brake chopper. The HLR01.1N-06K5-N06R1-A-007-NNNN brake resistor can work in a wide range of continuous power and energy absorption capacity.
