The HLR01.1N-03K5-N16R0-A-007-NNNN is a braking resistor produced by Bosch Rexroth company to dissipate the excess voltage sent back into the power circuit by servo motors during machine deceleration. The excess voltage generated by the servo motor is converted to thermal energy by the HLR01.1N-03K5-N16R0-A-007-NNNN braking resistor, which is easily dissipated away from the machine. The HLR01.1N-03K5-N16R0-A-007-NNNN braking resistor covers a wide range of continuous power and energy absorption capacity. The resistor helps to lower the wear on braking components, which can extend equipment life, enable faster braking, and eliminate the risk of overheating in industrial machines.

The HLR01.1N-03K5-N16R0-A-007-NNNN brake resistor has a resistance of 16.0 Ohms. The resistance determines the amount of load the brake resistor acts on the incoming voltage, reducing the voltage until the voltage is within the voltage tolerance range.
