Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth Indramat's HLL05.1F-01M0-G0600-N-11-NNNN-NNNN is a modular system of the HLL Bus chokes series of Indramat drives. A DC bus choke is a component in industrial automation systems that has drives and controllers to control energy conversion. It is most common in applications where the transitions from AC to DC are required, including inverters, rectifiers and variable frequency drives.
The HLL05.1F-01M0-G0600-N-11-NNNN-NNNN can handle a 100-240 Volts AC input range and is energy-saving with power consumption of only 14.5 watts. It has two CAN ports (interfaces), which enable high-speed data transfer, essential in automation systems with interdependent functions. There are electrical isolation and protection circuits, and these features make the whole system reliable. It can be easily mounted with the screw-in mounting method. This module has a TB712 terminal block for proper and easy connection. The main application of the DC bus choke is periodic or ripple current compensation to maintain stable voltages and operations. It operates by taking energy into a magnetic field form when current passes through it; thus helping in reducing fluctuations resulting from the control devices such as IGBTs within the inverter. This energy storage capability assists in controlling the rate of current and voltage change.
In other words, the high-frequency voltage spikes or harmonics produced by the inverter are damped by the DC bus choke to protect sensitive components and enhance the power conversion quality of the module. It also plays a vital role in constant DC voltage regulation necessary for the efficient running of other related components like motors and controllers. Thus, the DC bus choke improves the dynamics, effectiveness and durability of the entire system and enhances the reliability of operations, specifically in high-performance industrial applications.
