The HDS05.2-W300N-HT01-01-FW is a drive control system manufactured for positioning and speed control tasks in the industry. This drive can not only execute the servo mechanism but is also suitable for control of the motor's main spindle. This version of the HDS control units gives an optimum performance when installed in areas with a maximum temperature of 45 ᵒC. If the system is used within areas that have external temperatures between 45 ᵒC to 55 ᵒC, then there is derating in the nominal performance data. This device has a flexible design and comes with multiple connectivity options. Due to its versatile nature, it is equally effective when used with different models of industrial motors including the MKD, 2AD, 1MB, and MHD servo motors.
The HDS05.2-W300N-HT01-01-FW in its factory version is equipped with a contact guard, a motor feedback cable, and HDS controller, and slots for plug-in modules. There are multiple extension options that can be used with this system. The CLC-D control card can be used with the ARCNET coupler card. This combination can be used to integrate an ARCNET bus system with this drive controller. Synchronous Series Interface (SSI) standard actual position values can be generated if the Absolute Encoder Emulator plug-in card is used with the system. The CLC-D02.3M card is used for integrated control. With this card, the digital drive controller can be centrally controlled during SYNAX (Synchrononation of machine axes) applications. This model has a short circuit current rating (SCCR) of 42000 A and comes with a rated voltage of 530..670 V. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
