The HDS05.2-W300N-HS56-01-FW is a drive controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to control and monitor the operation of the AC motor in industrial servo systems. This drive controller is manufactured with state-of-the-art technological features. These features allow it to withstand harsh industrial conditions and operate at a top level for a long time. The HDS05.2-W300N-HS56-01-FW drive belongs to the DIAX04 drive series; thus, it can operate efficiently with different types of industrial AC motors, including the 1MB, 2AD, and MKD motor series. Unlike other competing drive controller series, the HDS05.2-W300N-HS56-01-FW drive controller is self-diagnostic, it can notify the operator of operational error by displaying an appropriate error message on the H1 status display present on its housing unit.
The HDS05.2-W300N-HS56-01-FW drive controller features a modular design, faulty parts of the drive controller can be easily removed and replaced without the need for a reconfiguration operation on the drive. The drive controller requires the connection of the HVE or HVR supply module; this supply module provides the drive controller with all the signal and power voltages it requires for efficient operation.
