Product Description:
The HDS05.2-W300N-HS12-01-FW is an HDS series drive controller. The controller has two type-plates for identification. The first type-plate is for the basic unit and is housed on top of the device. The other one provides details of the entire configuration and can be found next to the plug-in modules on the inserted card. The axes of the Bosch Rexroth module must be distributed uniformly on either side of the power supply. When there are multiple drives, the ones with high current and higher power needs must be near the supply unit as much as possible. The mounting rails on which the module is fixed must be fastened in at least alternate slots with M5 screws. The drive controller comes with a one-year warranty period.
The ground connection of the device must be established by using a grounding clip at its lower edge. This product must be transported and stored between a temperature range of -30°C and +85°C. The HDS05.2-W300N-HS12-01-FW unit should be transported using shock-absorbing transports if excessive vibrations and shocks are likely to occur. The components of the module that are prone to damage due to electrostatic discharge must make use of conducive packaging during transport and storage. The drive controller has a continuous current rating of 100A at 8kHz. The basic unit has a power consumption of 55W for signal processing.
