The HDS04.2-W200N-HS98-01-FW Bosch Rexroth drive controller is fitted onto its control cabinet using a mounting rail. The drive controller may become overheated due to incorrect mounting orientation resulting in its damage. There must be a clearance distance of at least 100mm below the unit. The power loss of the product comprises the basic losses, configuration-related losses, as well as the basic and current losses pertaining to the power section. The device must not be touched for ten minutes after its operation so that it cools down completely. It should be handled correctly and safely using appropriate lifting tools and devices.
The controller encompasses a power loss of 800W. The product is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 55°C with derated data.
