Bosch Rexroth Indramat produces the HDS03.2-W100N-HS87-01-FW under the DIAX04 series. Like other drives in this series, it comes in a modular design that enables it to form a compact package when used together with AC drives. It becomes an efficient drive when used with MHD, 1MB, or MKD motors. The combination is well-suited for applications such as machine tools, robotics, and food processing machines. It connects to an HVE supply module that provides it with the required power voltages and signal voltages. If the power supply system is not ideal for regeneration, an additional HZB brake resistor can be used.
The HDS03.2-W100N-HS87-01-FW comes configured to suit the application at hand. It comprises additional plug-in, software, and command communications modules. The additional plug-in facilitates the expansion of the drive. The modules are digital I/O cards, integrated control, and an interface card.
