Product Description
The Rexroth group is a leading organization that operates in the automation market by producing industrial products. Rexroth has a large set of technologies like linear actuators, motion controllers, servo drives, software for automation and I/Os, providing solutions for a lot of various applications. The HDS03.2-W075N-HS91-01-FW from Rexroth is a model of the Indramat DIAX04 series of electric servo-drives for AC motors. It comes in a modular book format separated from the power supply module (HVE or HVR), that can be used to easily integrate a DC bus solution and to save space in the electric cabinet.
The servodrive is able to supply the connected motor a continous current of 40 A and can supply the motor a peak current of 75 A (only for a limited time period). The drive power loss should be 11 watt, as long as it is generating the allowed RMS current. The device may be linked to an additonal motion controller with the SERCOS protocol communication card. The servo-drive is provided with a primary 1-channel verified safety Safe Torque Off feature that allows the subsystem to obtain the safety certifications: Performance Level D (according to ISO 13849-1) and SIL CL 2 (IEC 62061).
The ambient temperature close to the HDS03.2-W075N-HS91-01-FW has to be kept in the range from 5 to 55 degrees Celsius if the device is turned on and should be in the range from -30 to 85 degrees Celsius if the HDS03.2-W075N-HS91-01-FW is not operating. The overall configuration and firmware of the drive may be carried out using the setup software attaching a common computer to the servo amplifier using its built-in PC (RS-232 or RS-485) interface. The HDS03.2-W075N-HS91-01-FW can be shipped to any address worldwide with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
