The HDS03.2-W075N-HA01-01-FW is an efficient digital drive control platform that is used for servo control of MKD, 2AD, 1MB AC motors. In addition, the drive is also used to drive the main spindle of motors. The drive comes with a separate firmware module that can be inserted in any other drive. All drive parameters are stored in the firmware module and can be transferred to other drives by inserting the firmware module in them. The standard configuration of the drive comes with empty slots for various interfacing options. Through a command and communications module, ANALOG and SERCOS interfaces can be used with the system. With a weight of 11 kg, the drive controller has been designed to operate in a variety of environmental conditions. DEF01.1M type interface cards are supported with this device through which incremental measuring systems can be connected with a square wave signal output. Lastly, interfacing options are also provided for connecting absolute encoders with SSI signal output.
