The HDS03.1-W075N-HA01-01-FW model is designed to operate at the rated current of 75 A, and it is intended for connection to an HVE or HVR supply module. The HDS drive controller is used to control and monitor the operations of an electrical motor. The model which operates at the switching frequency of 4 kHz/8 kHz requires the continuous current of 40/30 A and the peak current of 75 A. The HDS drive controller is widely used for machine tools, handling systems, and printing machines. The model comes with a built-in blower that uses inside or outside air for cooling purposes. The cooling system must be arranged so that water condensation cannot drip onto the electronic equipment within the control cabinet. The cooling system must be set at 40 degree Celsius and the control cabinet should be well sealed to avoid condensation by humid air entering the cabinet.

The basic unit of the model is HDS03.1-W075N and it has 5 slots (U1 to U5) for installing different plug-in modules. The slot U1 holds the DAE02.1M analogy interface module which is used for communication between a drive controller, motor, and other I/O devices. The slots U2 to U4 are empty and don’t hold any additional plug-in module whereas the HSM software module is installed in the U5 slot. The model belongs to the DIAX04 controller family.
