Rexroth Indramat has developed a new drive controller, which is the HDS01.1-W050-D. This drive's application field is vast, which includes many industries such as robotics, handling machines, machine tools, packaging machines, printing machines, and textile. These drive controllers are known as rapid-response drives, and they can also serve as the main drive and as a servo drive. There is a requirement for the HVE or HVR supply module connection for the HDS drive controllers to function. Both of these modules give all the power voltages and required signals to the drive controller. Before using or installing the drive controller, it is recommended to read all the safety instructions in the local language in order to minimize all the injuries and risks. Rexroth Indramat has clearly stated that they will not be liable for the damages (if any) that occurred due to failure of reading and observing warning before starting the equipment.
It is suggested that only trained and qualified staff members are allowed to work near or on this drive controller. The staff members will be called qualified only if they possess enough knowledge about the installation, operation, and understanding of warnings and assembly of the HDS01.1-W050-D.The allowed ambient temperature range with rated data of the HDS01.1-W050-D ranges between +5° C to +45° C and the maximum permissible ambient temperature with de-rated data is +55° C however, the storage and transport temperature should lie between -30° C to +85° C. The installation elevation without reduction of rated data is a maximum of 1000 meters above sea level. The protection category of this drive controller is IP 10 per DIN 40 050. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
